Surplus Property is responsible for the disposal and re-utilization of all excess University of Arizona property.
- Live Auction. The live in-person public auction takes place once a month on the third Tuesday of each month (dates may vary.)
- Storefront Sales. Items are available for in-person purchase during regular business hours.
- Special Bid Auction. Most of the items available through a Special Bid have a minimum price set for each item, and participation is through a sealed bid process.
Items or materials that cannot be sold through the Surplus Storefront are recycled or disposed of properly to reduce waste in landfills.
Surplus Property is a division of Financial Services.
Sales Disclaimer
All sales must be conducted in-person. The Surplus Storefront operates on a first come, first served basis and items will not be held for a customer's future purchase. All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS.” The University of Arizona does not provide a warranty on any items sold through the Surplus Storefront. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
